Ingredients for making fried cassava with bottle butter:

 500 grams of cassava

 2 tablespoons of bottle butter

 1 teaspoon of oregano (optional)

 salt

How to make fried cassava with bottle butter:

To prepare this recipe for cassava with bottled butter and oregano, start by peeling the cassava and cooking it in water and salt in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes, or in a regular pot until soft.

After the previous step, bring a frying pan over medium heat with the bottled butter and the oregano, to flavor. When hot, add the cassava cut into pieces and fry until crispy.

Tip: To improve the consistency of this snack, reserve the cassava in the refrigerator until it freezes, and then keep it.

Remove the butter-fried cassava from a bottle onto a plate with absorbent paper to drain excess oil. Serve afterwards, as a starter or accompaniment to, for example, jerked beef or jerky. Enjoy your food!
