Bahia Chicken Xinxim Recipe

Ingredients for making Xinxim chicken from Bahia:

 1 unit of chicken pieces

 300 grams of peeled dry shrimp

 1 cup coconut milk

 ½ cup of palm oil

 ½ cup of ground cashew nuts

 ½ cup roasted and ground peanuts

 ½ cup of fresh chopped parsley or cilantro

 2 units of coarsely chopped onion

 4 cloves of crushed garlic

 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

 1 tablespoon of grated ginger

 Black pepper

 salt

How to make Xinxim chicken from Bahia:

To prepare xinxim from Bahia step by step, start by seasoning the meat with garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Leave it for 30 minutes.

Tip: If you prefer, use only the hen's thigh and thigh.
